Customer Advisory – SeeChange Downtime

Pleased be advised that APL Logistics experienced a temporary outage to our SeeChange application, caused by a hardware component failure. We were able to switch to our backup infrastucture to restore the system.
We have since completed the hardware replacement and we are back to full operational status.
Please see the chart below detailing the duration of the SeeChange outage.
