Customer Advisory: Jordan Declares Weekend Lockdown due to Spike in COVID-19

Please be advised that due to a sudden rise in COVID-19 cases in Jordan, the Jordanian Government has declared a nationwide 48-hour lockdown Friday, October 9 through Saturday, October 10. The weekend lockdowns will continue until further notice.
There is potential impact to trucking as all cargo moving to Haifa is loaded on Saturdays in order to cross borders on Sundays. In reaction to this, APL Logistics is taking measures, where possible, to load cargo early in order to avoid border crossings Friday through Saturday.
