Customer Advisory: U.S. Customs and Border Protection Retiring Importer Security Filing Portal
June 6, 2022
Please be advised that the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency is retiring the Importer Security Filing (ISF) Portal contained within the ACE Portal.
Historically, APL Logistics (APLL) downloads and shares the CBP reports with its customers on a monthly basis. However, as of today, June 6, 2022, the ISF section will be removed entirely from the ACE Portal user interface. As a result, APLL will no longer be able to run this report.
In the place of the ISF Portal, CBP has deployed three (3) standard reports in the ACE Reports titled ISF Late Report, ISF Progress Report, and ISF History Report. These standard reports will be available on-demand with custom date ranges instead of the current monthly format for published reports. The reports will be located under the “ISF” tab in ACE Reports for all importers.
For more information, please refer to the CBP bulletin: CSMS #51726538 – ISF Portal Retirement.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact your APLL Representative.
